SMC³ 205: LTL Business Analytics (205)

LTL Business Analytics is the fifth course in SMC³'s five course LTL Online Education series. It was designed and written by LTL professionals for seasoned LTL professionals looking for a refresher and for new LTL professionals just starting their career in the industry. LTL 205 is a capstone course designed to help students transition from theory and best practices to real-world LTL. The focus is understanding analytics, data and how to use both to drive business decisions. This course covers everything from operational to financial analytics, how to dig through data, and how to present to leadership. Students will gain hands-on experience and a skill set they can transfer to their LTL careers. Participants need to have a working knowledge of Excel.
